Entry 2 Employment is a full time programme for people aged 16-18, run by Goal Getters in association with Middlesbrough Football Club in the Community.
We offer support in improving confidence and motivation through one-to-one coaching, group activities and discussions, work experience, external visits, outward bound activites and more!
We work with young people to create their own programme, designed to improve their skills, qualifications and confidence. The programme offers them the chance to progress to employment, training or a vocational programme at a higher level.
Learners will:
- Achieve Skills for Life Qualifications
- Get real experience and skills with work placements
- Improve fitness levels through daily sport activities
- Build confidence and motivation
- Discover benefits of our new innovative techniques for helping with concentration and positive thinking.
