Reach up is a motivation and confidence building course offered on a one-to-one basis, with advice and support from one Guidance Worker.
This programme offers the opportunity to develop the learners talents whilst supporting them through the scary process of finding the right training, employment or educational journey perfect for their needs.
This programme can be tailored to the needs of the learner, with small group sessions based on topics the learners need help with.
We will offer support with any difficulties or anything prohibiting them from progressing, and will afford them access to outside help if required.
Development sessions will be flexible and can include:
Raising self esteem, Building Confidence, Body Language, Healthy Lifestyles, Team Building, Anger Management
Based at the Football Club’s second home, Eston Leisure Complex, they can participate in a sporting activity every week on one of the large Astro turf pitches and outdoor grass spaces.
This is an excellent 5 week programme, where learners can also receive advice and guidance in job searching skills, personal effectiveness and future progression.
