Middlesbrough Football Club in the Community is led by Chairman George Cooke with the management of each department headed by MFC in the Community Manager Rob Lake. Rob leads a team of five managers.
Terasa Bennett - Finance Manager
Terasa is responsible for 2 members of staff with huge significance across all departments of the organisation.
Rob Lake is currently managing the Health & Football Delivery Team
Rob is responsible for the delivery of all health and education, primary school programmes and football development.
The team has a Coach Co-ordinator, Mark Dick, Health and Education Co-ordinator Stephen Newham and In-Centre Coaching Co-ordinator Paul Campbell.
There are a further 16 full-time project workers delivering these programmes. All part-time coaches also report to this management team.
Malcolm Hett - Operations Manager
Malcolm is responsible for the running of the Community Centre at Eston ensuring the buildings adhere to health and safety regulations. Also responsible for many of the programmes delivered within the centre and the reception and admin team.
He is supported by 4 full-time duty officers and 2 full-time sports assistant/coaches.
There is a receptionist, administrator and 4 part-time receptionists.
Malocolm is also responsible for the Transport & Maintenance Co-ordinator, and their team, cleaners and a number of part-time sports assistants.
Anthony Emmerson - Enterprise Academy Manager
Anthony is responsible for all enterpise delivery and development in secondary schools, colleges and other educational establishments.
He has a team consisting of an Assistant Manager Sophie Hukin, 5 engagement workers and an administrator
Kerry Swan - E2E Manager
Kerry is responsible for the Entry to Employment programme and several other initiatives working with adults and children with behavioural and educational needs.
She is supported by Lead Training Officer Claire Skeen and a team of 5 delivery staff, a Quality Assurance Co-ordinator and an administrator.
Annie Yale - Education Support Manager
Annie is responsible for co-ordinating all primary and secondary work in local schools and for accessing sources of funding. Annie is supported by Nicola Sinclair as Programme Development Co-ordinator.
Annie and her team work closely with all schools and other funding bodies to ensure MFC in the Community provides a quality delivery programme.
